Store Policies Our Shipping Policy: Fast, Almost Immediate Shipping All the orders, whether received online or by telephone are shipped no later that the next business day after placement. All orders are shipped by UPS Ground, (unless you choose a different method or carrier for shipment) meaning the customer can anticipate delivery within 2-7 business days, depending on their location. The information listed is only for merchandise purchased directly from Water Tech by a consumer through our online store at www.watertechcorp.com. Items purchased from a retailer must be returned to the retailer according to the retailer’s return policy. Do not use this form to send a product back for warranty repair or exchange; for warranty claims, please call 800-298-8800 or create a return authorization at www.wtrma.com. This is a request only and not a guarantee that a refund will be issued. Water Tech will determine eligibility for credit. Returns are subject to the following conditions: •Replacement electronic components (such as batteries, wiring, and switches), seals and bearings found inside Water Tech products do not carry a warranty and are not eligible for a refund – all sales for these parts are final PLEASE DO NOT SEND BACK •All approved refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded •An approved refund will process 4-6 weeks after the merchandise is received •In the event that a refund is refused, a customer service representative will contact the consumer •The consumer is responsible for shipping and related costs (insurance, proof of delivery, etc) of the item to be returned •Water Tech is not responsible for damaged, lost, or missing items, due to improper packaging, labeling, or shipping method •The consumer has 30 days, from the original purchase date, to return the item to Water Tech; any item received over the 30 day period will be refused credit •A signature is required, declaring that the consumer understands the terms and conditions for the return and refund of the item (s) •Fill out the “Water Tech Refund Request” form entirely and send the item (s) with the request form in a suitable, properly packaged, shipping carton to the address exactly as it is written below Policies updated as of 6/1/2010 |
