WATER TECH REFUND REQUEST (PARTS ONLY)

This form is only for merchandise purchased directly from Water Tech by a consumer, items purchased from a retailer must be returned to the retailer according to the retailer’s return policy.

Do not use this form to send a product back for warranty repair or exchange; for warranty claims, please call 732-967-8888 or create a return authorization at www.wtrma.com.

This is a request only and not a guarantee that a refund will be issued. Water Tech will determine eligibility for credit.

Returns are subject to the following conditions:

  • Merchandise must be unused and sealed in it’s original packaging; opened packages and used items will be refused credit
  • Replacement electronic components (such as batteries, wiring, and switches), seals and bearings found inside Water Tech products do not carry a warranty and are not eligible for a refund

All sales for these parts are final
